Family owned and independent since 1988, we have always done things the way we think they should be done rather than the way that scales. We don't just make quality dairy. We bottle the values of the place we call home.

We are a small local dairy built on a simple promise: to make clean, pristine dairy accessible to everyone—the right way. We take the harder path, partnering with farmers who gently tend their soil and treat their herds like family. Just pure, beautiful ingredients crafted with heart, because doing right by the land, the animals, and you is everything to us.

OUR FARMS
Our farmers also have fewer cows per hectare than other, larger dairies, which further helps to lower our overall emissions. These cows are 100% free range, and graze happily amongst our farmers’ beautifully lush, South Australian pastures.
But, while our dairy farms have lower carbon footprints than the average dairy farm, our sustainability journey doesn’t stop there.

Good dairy does not create itself. It needs the hand, eye and most importantly soul of a master to help it along the path to greatness. So, our team of cheese and yogurt obsessives hover over every small batch: poised to intercede, but also happy to give Nature her chance.
Their experience selects the correct proportions of live, bio—active cultures. Their knowledge allocates just enough time to let the mighty microbes do their work. Their intuition determines how long to press the curds and how hard.

This is the range we make under our own name.
Three milks, including a non-homogenised cream on top for anyone who remembers what that tastes like. Three yoghurts made here in the Adelaide Hills, from pot set Greek style to a high protein with 15g a serve.
All of it 100% South Australian. All of it permeate free, which means we don't top it back up with anything to even out the numbers. What comes off the farm is what goes in the bottle.
